Our team was built inside operating environments. From solving financial problems, rolling out technology, hiring teams, and scaling revenue in real time, we have the experience to bring to more businesses.

Today, Merit is a 30+ person firm headquartered in Johnston, Iowa. We provide fractional access to finance, technology, marketing, HR, advisory, and skilled trades, all under one roof.
